Purpose
NDTS (NMR Data Transfer System) is designed to:
- Automatically harvest datasets from the spectrometer
- Link users and PIsto datasets
- Capture metadata automatically
- Capture user-entered metadata
NDTS Components
NDTS consists of four main components:
- Daemon – harvests and send datasets from the spectrometer computer to the facility gateway
- GUI –
- Receiver –
