FileZilla supports connecting via SSH key and One Time Password (OTP).
Set private key
Windows
To set the key, go to Edit -> Settings and select SFTP. Click Add key file... and add your pair ssh key.
Mac OS X
To set the key, go to FileZilla -> Settings and select SFTP. Click Add key file... and add your pair ssh key.
